UPS and FedEx have Express and Ground services. Express service offers one-day, two-day and three-day package delivery options; from the names, we can tell how many days it takes for a package to be delivered.
But for ground, we will need to go to https://www.ups.com/maps?loc=en_US and http://www.fedex.com/grd/maps/ShowMapEntry.do to download the ground map. This ground map will be generated according to the shipper’s zip code.

According to this ground map’s color zones, we will be able to find out the transit/shipping days. For example, northern California is orange, and orange means 5 days.
